During our sessions, which last an hour or more, my goal is to help you begin to use your ability to visualize the outcomes you desire for your game. It is said that we can learn by observing and we can learn by doing. The most powerful way for you to learn visualization is by personal experience. Having a personal hypnosis session will help you to:

After your first session you may leave feeling relaxed and more confident. This a really good place to start but not enough for lasting change. The most benefit can be realized in a minimum of three hypnosis sessions. Each session builds repetition, and repetition is essential when you want to establish and reinforce a new habit.

The expectations for each golfer or athlete will be slightly different as each person’s goals and challenges will be different. Our goal during these sessions will be to work together and focus on strengths while letting go of distraction and self-doubt. We will also discuss any known problem areas of your game that may be a cause of distraction or lowered performance for you.

Welcome! Let’s get started. You’ll experience hypnosis through the use of guided imagery and relaxation techniques. I’ll give suggestions guiding you to eliminate mind chatter and bring you back to a state of more focused awareness. This first session will allow you to feel and appreciate a more calm, centered state of being, and connect you to the simple yet powerful way hypnosis works.
90 minutes
Building on techniques learned in your first hypnosis session, we’ll work through the problem areas of your game using specific visualizations designed to break down and reframe how the perceived problem affects your thinking and ability to play more consistently. Together we can work through the areas that you may be unaware of that are keeping you from enjoying your game. Simple yet effective affirmations will be introduced to the subconscious mind to help guide you during your game.
60+ minutes
This session will be used to reinforce the techniques, visualizations and affirmations from your previous sessions. Working together we can direct the outcome and positive expectations you have chosen to focus on or have been found to be the most helpful. You will be guided to take immediate action on these suggestions. Get out and play your game or hit the practice range!

Just like practicing any sport maintaining helpful mental habits takes regular practice to get the best results. It always helps to refresh your new skills and add to the suggestions that are working or delete the ones that aren’t.

This upper body stretch will loosen the muscles associated with a good swing. After years of taking classes and working with physical therapists I’ve been able to design a warm-up routine that targets the areas in the body that need to warm up for mobility on the course. This 15-minute warm-up is essential for better performance and flexibility.
